TREES GIVE US LIFE

This Arbor Day Mural was made with the Boys and Girls Club students at Seward Elementary School. Hidden in the leaves and roots of the cottonwood tree are small 'ornaments' or clay pieces depicting gifts from trees such as wooden furniture, fruit, shelter for animals, snow shoes... Each child came up with their own original design for the ornaments - no two are alike.
